Sprunki CorruptBox respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). If you believe that content available on this website infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure below.

Submitting a Takedown Notice

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must be in writing and include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the URL of each page on this website where it appears, so that we can locate it.
  4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Send your notice to [email protected]. Notices that do not include the items above may not be acted on.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material you provided was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), it must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.

Repeat Infringers

Where appropriate, we will remove content from, and end access for, sources or users that repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, consider seeking legal advice before submitting a notice.
